Returning Student Enrollment

April is re-enrollment month! To reserve your spot for next year, you must complete the re-enrollment process outlined below by May 1, 2017. If you do not complete this process on time, your spot will be made available to families on our wait list.

STEPS TO COMPLETE BY MAY 1ST:

STEP 1:

Complete the Returning Student Online Enrollment Packet (see email for password).

STEP 2:

Come to the school in person to complete DC Residency Verification and bring all of the following completed documents.

Please bring in original documents along with copies for us to keep:

Health forms are valid for one year and must be updated each year. Students whose forms are over a year old will not be able to start school. If your forms are already up-to-date, you do not need to re-submit them.


Document Review Times & Dates: 

Monday, April 3rd – all day kickoff from 8am-4pm

Tuesday, April 4th – Monday, May 1st – 8am-9am and 3pm-5pm

In August, additional information and documents will be sent home, including lunch program enrollment, before/after care enrollment, Free/Reduced Meal application, and medication administration forms.
