New Students
If you have been offered a spot at Inspired Teaching Demonstration School, congratulations and welcome! To secure your spot, please complete the following steps.
STEP 1:
Complete the New Student Online Enrollment Packet (see welcome email for password) and optional survey.
STEP 2:
Complete DC Residency Verification in person at Inspired Teaching Demonstration School (200 Douglas Street NE) between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.

**Please Note: The school is CLOSED for Spring Break April 15th - April 19th.**
Required documents (Please bring the original documents for us to review along with copies for us to keep):
1. Residency Verification: The document below outlines acceptable documents for proof of residency in the District of Columbia. You must complete the DC Residency Verification Form in person with a school official.
2. My School DC Seat Acceptance Form
3. Health and Dental Forms (All New students need a current form on file to start school)
4. OSSE Home Language Survey
5. Proof of date of birth (usually in the form of an original birth certificate)
6. Your student´s transcript (for students transferring from another school)
7. IEP or 504 plan, if applicable. Only a complete plan will be accepted.
