In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VI”), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”), Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (“The Age Act”), applicants for admission and employment, students, parents, employees, sources of referral of applicants for admission and employment, and all unions or professional organizations holding collective bargaining or professional agreements with the Inspired Teaching Demonstration Public Charter School are hereby notified that the Inspired Teaching Demonstration School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities.

Notice of Procedural Safeguards and Grievance Procedures for Parents and Students
Parents, guardians, and students who want to learn more about their rights under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act can obtain a copy of their procedural safeguards from the Section 504 Coordinator, Kelly Brown.
Anyone who believes that the Inspired Teaching Demonstration School has violated the regulations of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or the Americans with Disabilities Act can submit a complaint with the Section 504/ADA coordinator pursuant to the Inspired Teaching Demonstration School’s Grievance Procedures. A copy of the grievance procedures can be obtained by request through the Section 504/ADA coordinator, Kelly Brown, or found on page 16 of the Family Handbook.
